Description
Catalyzes endohydrolysis of 1,4-beta-D-glucosidic linkages in xyloglucan with retention of the beta-configuration of the glycosyl residues. Specific for xyloglucan and does not hydrolyze other cell wall components. Active against tamarind xyloglucan.
