Xyloglucan is a noncellulosic polysaccharides of plant cell wall and consists of a glucan backbone substituted by xylose, galactose and fucose (PubMed:17488821). Associates with other xyloglucan-synthesizing enzymes to form multiprotein complexes for xyloglucan synthesis in the Golgi (PubMed:25392066).
