Description
GTPase-activating protein, which inhibits the vulval induction by acting as a negative regulator for the member of the Ras family let-60. Probably decreases the signaling activity of Ras by stimulating its intrinsic GTPase activity, thereby lowering the levels of GTP-bound, active Ras.
