Coenzyme A diphosphatase which mediates the cleavage of oxidized CoA. Can use malonyl-CoA, hexanoyl-CoA, lauroyl-CoA, myristoyl-CoA and palmitoyl-CoA as substrates, but not isobutyryl-CoA or propionyl-CoA.
