Binds to type II regulatory subunits of protein kinase A and anchors/targets them to the membrane. May anchor the kinase to cytoskeletal and/or organelle-associated proteins. Regulates endosomal traffic in polarized epithelial cells such as the vulval precursor cells and intestinal cells. Thought to act as a negative regulator of lin-12 activity in vulval precursor cells. May have a role in the internalization process from basolateral surface of polarized epithelial cells (By similarity).
