Has a 30-fold higher Km for leukotriene-B(4) compared with CYP4F3A (PubMed:11461919). Also converts eicosapentaenoate (EPA) to 20-hydroxyeicosapentaenoate (20-OH-EPA) (PubMed:16820285).
