Description
Epoxide hydrolase responsible for the double epoxide-opening cyclization of bisepoxyprelasalocid A to form lasalocid A, a polyether antibiotic. In vitro, accepts various substrate analogs differing in the left segment of lasalocid and epoxide stereochemistry to afford products with excellent regioselectivity.
